POWER OF BEING


You asked for more meditation at the studio- and we’ve added it.  Sofia is leading our Power of Being classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15AM, and Nicole and Elizabeth will wrap up Sunday Power Downs with a 10:15AM Power of Being Option right afterward. Our Power of Being class is a 30-minute guided meditation. We will use different tools such as pranayama (breath control), mantra (sacred sound, literally translated as mind-bridge), visualization, and mindfulness techniques to guide the mind into a meditative state. This class is great for all levels of practice, even the absolute beginner. Come experience the benefits of bringing stillness as a practice into you daily life.
