You asked for more meditation; you put your words and intentions behind it, and WHAM! we now have meditation classes three times a week. In the month of December, Sofia will be leading Power of Being on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15AM before Power Up, and Elizabeth & Nicole will lead PoB after Power Downs at 9AM on Sundays. We’re still playing with the schedule and the format– feedback is appreciated!!!
