Our ‘Bout You challenge isn’t a challenge at all, but a journey to wellness. ‘Bout You embarks on the first class of each month. Join us each day for one month and experience this physical and spiritual transformation. On the days that we do not have class, you are encouraged to practice specific poses (to be provided each week) that can be easily accomplished in the comforts of your own home. After all, it’s important to learn how to incorporate yoga into your
daily life even when you can’t make it to the studio. If you miss a day, you are allowed to make it up, but only twice. If you successfully complete the challenge, we’ll celebrate your achievement with a day that is truly all ‘Bout You.
